Costs Relating to Shipping Subsequent to Closing. The Unit(s) are sold “As- Is/Where Is” and any and all costs related to shipping of the Unit(s) from the Delivery Location to Purchaser’s final designated destination plus any necessary repairs, inspections, certifications and insurance to transport the Unit(s) shall be at the sole cost and expense of Purchaser.
