Counte rparts. This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original but all of which shall constitute one and the same agreement. A signed copy of this Agreement delivered by facsimile, e-mail or other means of electronic transmission (to which a signed PDF copy is attached) shall be deemed to have the same legal effect as delivery of an original signed copy of this Agreement.
Counte rparts. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, and all counterparts will together comprise one instrument.
Counte rparts. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts and by the different parties hereto on separate counterparts and each such counterpart shall be deemed to be an original, but all such counterparts shall together constitute but one and the same Agreement. Receipt of an executed signature page to this Agreement by facsimile or other electronic transmission shall constitute effective delivery thereof. Electronic records of executed Loan Documents maintained by the Lender shall deemed to be originals.

This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original and all of which taken together shall be deemed to constitute one and the same instrument. Delivery of an executed counterpart of this Agreement by facsimile or electronic means including, without limitation, by facsimile or electronic delivery in portable document format ("pdf") shall be equally effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart thereof. Any party delivering executed counterpart by facsimile or by electronic means shall also deliver a manually executed counterpart of this Agreement, but failure to do so shall not affect the validity, enforceability or binding effect hereof.
Counte rparts. 1. This Settlement Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original as against any Party who has signed it, and all of which shall be deemed a single agreement.
