Electronic Transmission definition

Electronic Transmission means each document, instruction, authorization, file, information and any other communication transmitted, posted or otherwise made or communicated by e-mail or E-Fax, or otherwise to or from an E-System or other equivalent service.
Electronic Transmission means any transmission effected by electronic means, including but not limited to a transmission effected by telephone tones, Telefacsimile, wireless device, or over the Internet.
Electronic Transmission means any form of communication, not directly involving the physical transmission of paper, that creates a record that may be retained, retrieved and reviewed by a recipient thereof, and that may be directly reproduced in paper form by such a recipient through an automated process.

  • Notice of any special meeting of the Board of Directors shall be sent by telegraph, overnight courier service (including, without limitation, Federal Express) or facsimile (directed to the facsimile number to which the director has consented to receive notice) or other Electronic Transmission (including, but not limited to, an e-mail address at which the director has consented to receive notice) not later than forty-eight (48) hours before the day on which such meeting is to be held.

  • Neither the business to be transacted at, nor the purpose of, any meeting of the Board of Directors or committee thereof need be specified in any written waiver of notice or any waiver by Electronic Transmission of notice of such meeting.

  • Any notice of meeting given to Members pursuant to this Section 9.5 shall be effective if given by a form of Electronic Transmission consented to by the Member to whom the notice is given.
