Common use of Counterpart Personnel Clause in Contracts

Counterpart Personnel. (a) If so provided in Appendix F hereto, the Client shall make available to the Consultants, as and when provided in such Appendix F, and free of charge, such counterpart personnel to be selected by the Client, with the Consultants' advice, as shall be specified in such Appendix F. Counterpart personnel shall work under the exclusive direction of the Consultants. If any member of the counterpart personnel fails to perform adequately any work assigned to him by the Consultants which is consistent with the position occupied by such member, the Consultants may request the replacement of such member, and the Client shall not unreasonably refuse to act upon such request.
