Team Leader. (i) Employees nominated as Team leaders will, in addition to their current Electrical Worker wage rate be paid the all purpose hourly rate contained in the table below. $7.52 $7.60 $7.82 $8.06 $8.30
(ii) At specific times and for designated periods only, Employees will be nominated to act in the capacity of Team Leader to assist supervisors in organising work and leading small work crews. The commencement and cessation of such nomination will be advised in writing to the Employee concerned.
Team Leader. In each of the categories described above, a Team Leader, besides knowing all of the specialization and orientation of their category, must have proved certifiable, technical expertise and aptitude, show leadership capabilities in management, coordination, training and work team skills. On the basis of the aforesaid attributes, a person can be promoted to a higher position within the same category and shall be known as Team Leader. The Team Leader will have the necessary knowledge and responsibility for the product, equipment, processes and their quality, Health and Safety Practices, verification of the availability of the necessary inputs and tools, and deviation and follow-up analysis. The Company will select Team Leaders in accordance with Article 14.2 (c). The Team Leader will have authority to direct workers both inside and outside of the bargaining unit.
Team Leader function as a team leader in accordance with the prescribed scoring methodology during scheduled rater scoring sessions to ensure prescribed scoring methodology outlined in the BEI Rater Manual is adhered. This includes, but not limited to, double checking objective and subjective ratings to ensure candidate is a clear pass or clear fail and taking necessary steps to guide team in discussion when results are in the critical range to ensure a valid end results; documenting and reporting to DHHS issues that arise during training or rating sessions that are disruptive and impedes rating teams ability to function in a productive and harmonious manner, and shall attend the specialized team leader training and regular rater training session;
Team Leader. The Team Leader, under the guidance and supervision of a Group Leader, is responsible for co-ordinating the activities of the team. While the Group Leader has ultimate responsibility for operational results, the Team Leader plays a key role in guiding team members toward the achievement of established production, quality, cost, and safety goals. The major duties of the Team Leader include: • preparation of team rotation schedules, checking and communicating attendance • co-ordinating the updating and posting of any documentation related to CAMI’s quality management system and monitoring that team members follow the process and perform standardized work • training team members on all jobs on the team and maintaining team training profiles • providing absentee relief as necessary • monitoring quality and providing timely feedback including the undertaking of corrective action and the completion of appropriate quality and material related reports • responding to production stops and taking appropriate action to correct line problems including downtime reporting as related to process and equipment • ensuring all required materials are available and monitoring consumables usage • communicating information through team or individual meetings, and/or by posting memos on team boards/ communication boards as necessary and appropriate • providing input and monitoring completion of a total preventative maintenance (TPM) schedule • providing leadership by example • completing paperwork including safety check sheets, and providing input to business plan deployment and continuous improvement initiatives • canvassing for overtime which shall not include the administrative duties or paperwork associated with overtime tracking • co-ordination of work assignments when the line is down • assuming additional duties as required and identified by management which shall not be intended to include regularly delegated Group Leader responsibilities Team Leaders are expected to carry out their responsibilities in the spirit of teamwork and co-operation, not through direct supervision. In the same spirit, it is expected that team members will support their Team Leader in the performance of the operations. A Team Leader requires a full scope of knowledge of all operations assigned to the team so as to effectively co-ordinate and support the team members. The Team Leader, under the guidance and supervision of a Group Leader, is responsible for co-ordinating the activities of the team. ...
Team Leader. 10.7.1 Includes interviewers who undertake interviews with all types of respondents by telephone or face-to-face and perform a role of providing experienced guidance, assistance and leadership by example to interviewers (including some supervision and limited practical field training) and interview monitoring and support function as and when required by the employer.
10.7.2 A team leader may also be an employee providing a similar leadership role in relation to a team of other market and social research employees, including auditors, check editors, editors, coders and/or keypunch operators. The team leader may also be required to liaise between interviewers and field management (including checking and counting the number of interviews obtained, communicating the researcher's instructions to the interviewer team and from time to time where required assisting and co-ordinating the activities of a small group of less experienced interviewers).
10.7.3 A team leader shall be responsible for no more than eight (8) employees.
Team Leader. 21.01 It is acknowledged that team leaders do not have responsibility for, nor can be delegated to hire, discipline or initiate discipline or terminate employees. The role of a team leader is to provide functional guidance to the assigned work group. It is further acknowledged that a team leader is not deemed to be a Supervisor for purposes of the Occupational Health and Safety Act. All positions of team leader shall be posted and filled in accordance with Article 18. As outlined in Memorandum of Agreement #10, a team leader will be eligible to receive a five percent (5%) team leader premium, if she/he is within the same salary band as the group of employees to which they provide the team leadership. If the team leader is currently paid in a higher salary band than the group of employees to which they provide team leadership, then no additional team leader premium will be provided.
Team Leader. 24 An Acute Care Nurse assigned by the Director of Nursing or designee to 25 coordinate duties and make assignments during the assigned shift with no 26 supervisory responsibilities beyond the duties of that shift.
Team Leader. There shall be a team Leader designation. The Hospital retains the sole right to determine who shall be designated Team Leader and for what period of time. The Team Leader premium shall be fifty cents (50¢) per hour.
Team Leader. Based upon approved job descriptions, SSP team leaders will receive release time or R.F. (see Teachers Policy 4141 (2) (L)), or in a combination thereof, for these responsibilities. The selection of the team leader(s) will be made jointly with the appropriate district-level department supervisor, or designee, and the SSP team. The final decision will be that of the supervisor, or designee, who will make appropriate recommendations to the Board.
Team Leader. The Team-leader belongs to his basic classification. Employees trained and qualified to work as Team-leader will have the priority. A team leader is an employee required to perform the same work as any other employee in his basic classification, but in addition, he acts as a working leader to those assigned to his group. He shall assign work, give direction on proper use of equipment, work methods and safety practices; see that assigned personnel and equipment are properly utilized and discuss certain aspects of the operation with the customer.
