Equipment and Materials Furnished by the Procuring Entity
26.1 Equipment and materials made available to the Contractor by the Procuring Entity or purchased by the Contractor with funds provided by the Procuring Entity, shall be the property of the Procuring Entity and shall be marked accordingly.
26.2 Upon termination or expiration of the Contract, the Contractor shall make available to the Procuring Entity an inventory of such equipment and materials and shall dispose of such equipment and materials in accordance with the Procuring Entity’s instructions.
26.3 While in possession of such equipment and materials, the Contractor, unless otherwise instructed by the Procuring Entity in writing, shall insure them at the expense of the Procuring Entity in an amount equal to their full replacement value.
Equipment and Materials Furnished by the Client Equipment and materials made available to the Consultants by the Client, or purchased by the Consultants with funds provided by the Client, shall be the property of the Client and shall be marked accordingly. Upon termination of expiration of this Contract, the Consultants shall make available to the Client an inventory of such equipment and materials and shall dispose of such equipment and materials in accordance with the Client’s instructions or afford salvage value of the same. While in possession of such equipment and materials, the Consultants, unless otherwise instructed by the Client in writing, shall insure them at the expenses of the Client in an amount equal to their full replacement value.
