Counterpart Position Sample Clauses

Counterpart Position. If the Employer chooses to hire an individual who does not otherwise qualify for a work permit as set out in this Agreement, the Union will grant a work permit providing the Employer hires a counterpart position. A counterpart position must be filled at the discretion of the Union and must be employed for at least the same work hours as the permitted employee.

Counterpart Position. If the Employer chooses to permit an individual in accordance with the Articles (4.01 through 4.03) set out in this Agreement, the Employer must hire a Member of the local in a counterpart position (if available). A counterpart position may be filled at the discretion of the Union and must be employed for at least the same work hours as the permitted employee.
