Work Permit. The District Secretary issues work permits. The following information is necessary when obtaining a work permit: certified birth certificate or Baptismal certificate or WI driver’s license, letter from employer, letter from minor’s parents, minor’s social security card, and a permit fee of $10.00.
Work Permit. As a condition of your employment, you may become required to work in other jurisdictions where the Company or the Company’s affiliates maintain an office. In that event, the continuance of your employment with the Company will become contingent upon your signing and complying with an Employee Secondment Agreement Letter, receiving authorization to work in that or those other jurisdiction(s), and to your maintaining such status. The Company will support your application for any such authorization(s).
Work Permit. (a) If a work permit is required for the Executive to enter the territory of the USA for the purposes of discharging his duties as provided herein, such permit shall be obtained by the Executive, with the Corporation's support and at the Corporation’s cost. The Executive hereby represents that he has no reason to believe that he will be denied a work permit to enter the territory of the USA, if necessary.
Work Permit. A parent has been lawfully admitted to Canada for temporary residence and is authorized to work for a period of one year or more.
Work Permit. You will continue to be required to work in the Parent’s Canadian office while fulfilling your on-site presence expectations, as further described in an Employee Secondment Agreement Letter. As such, your employment with the Company is contingent upon your signing and complying with the Employee Secondment Agreement Letter and maintaining your authorization to work in Canada. If you fail to maintain such status at any point after commencing your employment with the Company, that will be considered a frustration of your employment agreement and the Company will then be able to terminate your employment agreement with no severance payment to you. The Company will support your application for any such authorization.
Work Permit. If the Grantee’s employment is terminated because the Company or a Subsidiary is unable to obtain a work permit for the Grantee’s continued employment in Bermuda with the Company or a Subsidiary and the Company does not offer the Grantee a comparable position of employment by one of the Company’s Subsidiaries, then the Restricted Stock shall automatically become 100% vested and nonforfeitable upon the date of the Grantee’s termination of employment; provided, that, if the failure by the Company or its Subsidiary to obtain such work permit is directly or indirectly related to any actions or omissions taken by the Grantee, as determined by the Company in its sole discretion, then all unvested Restricted Stock shall be immediately forfeited upon the date of termination.
Work Permit. As required by Law, your employment with Atlassian is contingent upon you providing legal proof of your identity and authorization to work in India, in addition to any other documents that Atlassian may reasonably require to ascertain your employability. Such documentation must be provided to Atlassian prior to or on the Commencement Date or this offer will be rescinded or any employment relationship with you may be terminated without notice.
Work Permit. For the purposes of paragraph 1 of Section A, the written permission granted by the relevant administrative authorities of one Party to a national of another Party in which authorization is granted to obtain paid employment in the territory of the authorizing Party.

If the Grantee’s employment is terminated prior to the Vesting Date because the Company or any of its Subsidiaries is unable to obtain a work permit for the Grantee’s continued employment with the Company or any of its Subsidiaries in Bermuda and the Company does not offer to the Grantee a comparable position of employment by one of the Company’s Subsidiaries outside of Bermuda, then the restrictions described in Section 3 above will lapse with respect to 100% of the Target Restricted Stock as of the date of the Grantee’s termination of employment; provided, that, if the failure by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries to obtain such work permit is directly or indirectly related to any actions or omissions taken by the Grantee, as determined by the Committee in its sole discretion, then the Restricted Stock Award shall be immediately forfeited upon the date of termination.
