Common use of Counterparts and Duplicates Clause in Contracts

Counterparts and Duplicates. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be considered an original, but all of which together shall constitute the same instrument. This Agreement and any administrative form under the Agreement may be proved either by a signed original or by a reproduced copy thereof (including, not by way of limitation, a microfiche copy or an electronic file copy).
