Counterparts and Electronic Delivery. The Award Notice may be executed in two counterparts each of which shall be deemed an original and both of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. Delivery of an executed counterpart of the Award Notice by facsimile, electronic mail or other electronic transmission, including electronic acceptance within Holder’s stock plan brokerage account, shall be deemed as effective delivery of an originally executed counterpart.
