Compliance with Law Enforcement. ▇▇▇▇▇ reserves the right to fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing IGLOO to disclose the identity of anyone including, Named Users, suspected of violating this AUP, the Agreement or any applicable law. Customer acknowledges and agrees that IGLOO may cooperate with law enforcement authorities in this regard.
Compliance with Law Enforcement. We will comply with law enforcement authorities and may provide them with any and all information you submit to us to assist in any investigation or prosecution they may conduct. If we are requested to provide such information or assistance, we will notify you in writing within three (3) business days of receiving the request, unless such notification is prohibited. Third Party Sources and Content. We or third parties may make available third-party products or services, including, for example, third party applications and implementation, and other consulting services (“Non-Perks Services”). Any acquisition by you of such products or services, and any exchange of data between you and any Non-Perks Services provider, is solely between you and the applicable Non-Perks Services provider. We do not warrant or support, and we are not liable to you or to the End Users for any of Non-Perks Services.
