Counterparts and Electronic Execution. This Agreement may be executed by the Parties in counterparts and may be executed and delivered by facsimile or other electronic transmission and all the counterparts and electronic transmissions will be as effective as delivery of a manually executed copy of the Agreement and together will constitute one and the same agreement.
