Common use of Counterparts and Electronic Execution Clause in Contracts

Counterparts and Electronic Execution. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which, when executed and delivered, shall be deemed to be an original, but all such counterparts shall together constitute but one and the same document. Signature pages may be detached from the counterparts and attached to a single copy of this document to physically form one document.
