Counterparts and Electronic Execution. This Agreement may be executed in multiple original counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute but one and the same instrument. Grantee’s electronic acceptance of the Award Notice shall be deemed to be Grantee’s execution and acceptance of this Agreement subject to the terms of the Award Notice and the Plan.
