Common use of Counterparts and Facsimile Transmission Clause in Contracts

Counterparts and Facsimile Transmission. This Agreement may be executed simultaneously in any number of counterparts. Each counterpart shall be deemed to be an original, and all such counterparts shall constitute one and the same instrument. This Agreement may be delivered via facsimile transmission of executed counterparts, and each executed counterpart so delivered shall be deemed an original.
