Acceptability. The insurance to be maintained by Consultant must be issued by a company licensed or approved by the Insurance Commissioner to transact business in the State of Georgia. Such insurance shall be placed with insurers with a Best's Policyholder’s Rating of “A” or better and with a financial rating of Class VII or greater, or be otherwise acceptable to Xxxx County. All policies shall be subject to approval by Xxxx County Attorney’s Office as to form and content.
Acceptability a. Children and adolescents are to be treated with respect, dignity and in ways that are culturally sensitive.
b. Services should take into account the needs of children, adolescents, their families and whanau, and consumer groups.

Acceptability. Notwithstanding the ------------- provisions of this Section 7.3, the DI Shareholders shall not be entitled to designate any person as the DI Designee to CTC's Board of Directors if the election of such person as a director would result in any violation of any applicable law or order. CTC shall not be obligated to elect to its Board of Directors any person whose service as a member thereof would have or be reasonably likely to have a material adverse effect on CTC's conduct of its business or such Board's ability to carry out or discharge its responsibilities. If any such person has been designated by the DI Shareholders and rejected by CTC, the DI Shareholders shall be permitted to designate a substitute DI Designee in accordance with this Section.
Acceptability. A. DWR reserves the right to reject any unacceptable equipment, personnel, or final product. The determination whether equipment, services and/or final product are satisfactory will be made by the Authorized Requestor. Any unacceptable service or product will be redone at no additional charge to DWR.
B. All contracted personnel must be fully qualified to perform the technical functions for which they were hired. At least 70% of the Contractor’s Personnel must have a minimum of two (2) years of paid commercial experience. Personnel must be able to perform the required services independently to meet the Department's project requirements. In the event personnel are deemed unacceptable, the Contractor will substitute alternative personnel to DWR at no additional charge.
Acceptability. In the event that significant voids are suspected in the concrete that were created during placement, verify the integrity of the caisson using a method that has been approved by the Engineer. If the caisson in question is found to be structurally deficient or out of tolerance in any way, the caisson will not be accepted unless corrective measures as approved by the Engineer are accomplished. Furnish additional materials and work necessary to effect corrections at no cost to the Department and with no increase in contract time.
1. Demonstration caisson: The demonstration test of procedures will include any material, labor, equipment, etc. required for the assembly and installation of the demonstration drilled caisson. All related work to be paid for under this Specification will be performed under the direction of the Engineer. Include all costs associated with the installation and removal of the demonstration caisson in the bid price for the demonstration caisson.
