Sponsorship Terms. From time to time following execution of this Agreement, Charities may award a sponsorship to Organization for a specific limited purpose (such as an event or conference) (each, a “Sponsorship”) on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and as further specified in the Statement of Terms. With respect to each Sponsorship, at a minimum the Statement of Terms will include (i) the amount of cash or in-kind goods or services to be awarded to Organization (the “Sponsored Amount”); (ii) a description of the in-kind goods or services to be awarded; (iii) the distribution schedule for the Sponsored Amount; (iv) the name and date(s) for the applicable Sponsorship event or conference (the “Sponsored Event”); and (v) any benefits to be provided by Organization to Charities for the Sponsorship.
Sponsorship Terms. (a) A 50% deposit shall be paid upon execution of this agreement by Xxxxxxx and/or co-sponsor and the balance will be paid no later than December 30, 2016.
(b) In return for the Sponsorship Fee, Sponsor shall receive the following benefits (collectively, the “Sponsorship Benefits”) detailed in the Marketing & Sponsorship Planner
Sponsorship Terms. In return for the Fee [3.2], the Recipient shall provide the Sponsor with the following benefits: The Sponsor may require a clause about ensuring they are the main sponsor and will enjoy full benefits of the contract and no other 3rd party. This is up to you to decipher. In exercising the said rights the Sponsor shall, subject to receiving appropriate invoices, pay the recipient the Sponsorship Fee when it falls due for payment as set out in clause 3.2. Cancellation, postponement and force majeure (this whole section should only be included where events are part of the sponsorship agreement – otherwise please delete whole section).
Sponsorship Terms o The Sponsor will receive periodic updates on the status of the farm by email on the Platform and via our social media pages. The updates are also available on your profile on the Platform. You are expected to review all notifications, updates and reports from Nserewa as they represent a record of information pertaining to your sponsorship contribution during a farming cycle. o You are entitled to be part of scheduled visit(s) to your sponsored farm provided the necessary farm visit payment(s) and further arrangement for the visit(s) have being fulfilled on your part as prescribed by the Company. o At the beginning of a farming cycle, you will be expected to pay costs related to the lease of land for farming, seeds, fertilizers, mechanization costs, and the cost of supervision and administration of the project. All costs are included in your sponsorship contribution o You agree that by sponsoring a farm, your contribution is tied and unavailable for the entire duration of the farming cycle and neither Nserewa nor WeComm Agri-Media and Consultancy Limited will refund your contribution until the successful completion of the farming cycle o Any proceeds from a successful farming cycle of a Sponsor’s farm are remitted through the bank account details provided on the contract form due when the produce is harvested and sold (i.e. upon completion of the farming cycle) o At the end of a successful farming cycle, you can decide whether to withdraw your funds from the electronic wallet on the Platform or transfer to a bank account you provide us with. o At the end of a farming cycle, any profits made during harvest will be shared between the Sponsor, and fund-crowding project based on a pre-determined model unique to that farming cycle. This is done at the end of the stated tenure period for that farm cycle. o You acknowledge that you do not own any of the farms cultivated and are only entitled to the proceeds of any farming cycle you participate in. o All sponsored funds under these Terms are refundable within twenty-four of payment, after which period the agreement takes off.

You are expected to review all notifications, updates and reports from Goldvest as they represent a record of information pertaining to your sponsorship contribution during a farming cycle You are entitled to request for a physical visit to your sponsored farm, however, you must provide us with at least 14 days notice to schedule a visit At the beginning of a farming cycle, you will be expected to pay costs related to the lease of land for farming, seedling/livestock, fertilizers, maintenance costs, and the cost of supervision and administration. All costs are included in your sponsorship contribution You agree that by sponsoring a farm, your contribution is tied and unavailable for the entire duration of the farming cycle and neither Goldvest nor the farmers can or will refund your contribution until the successful completion of a farming cycle Any profits from a successful farming cycle of a Sponsor’s farm are remitted to the electronic wallet on the Platform when the produce is harvested and sold (i.e. upon completion of the farming cycle or investment) At the end of a successful cycle, you can decide whether to withdraw your funds from the electronic wallet on the Platform and transfer to a bank account you provide us with or to sponsor a farm for a new farming cycle At the end of a farming cycle, any profits made during harvest will be shared between the Sponsor, the xxxxxx and Goldvest based on a pre-determined model unique to that farm cycle. This is done at the end of the stated tenure period for that farm cycle. You acknowledge that you do not own any of the farms cultivated and are only entitled to the proceeds of any farming cycle you participate in.
Sponsorship Terms. The Fund Participant agrees to pay an annual sponsorship amount (“Participation Fee”) to the Linux Foundation Directed Fund per the chosen Sponsorship Level. The Participation Fee is due within 30 days of the execution date of this agreement, and within 30 days of each anniversary of that date under the then current sponsorship amount.
Sponsorship Terms. 1.1 In return for the payment of the annual fee of $x,000.00 as a Platinum/Gold/Silver sponsor, BCCG will grant, and the Sponsor will receive sponsorship benefits as set out in the attached sponsorship policy.
1.2 The sponsorship will be for a term of ONE year commencing on the date of this Agreement. Payment of the annual sponsorship fee will be in one lump sum as invoiced.
1.3 During the sponsorship period BCCG shall offer and the Sponsor shall be granted and may request the various benefits pertinent to the level of sponsorship set out on the sponsorship policy.
Sponsorship Terms. 1. The terms and conditions of this agreement between ICC Relief Limited (ABN 39 000 000 000) and you govern your sponsorship and/or donation (“Contribution”) to ICC Relief Limited.
2. ICC Relief agrees to debit your nominated bank account or credit card account on the agreed given day of each month (“Debit Date”), or next working day for the amount of Contribution nominated by you, If the payment fails, we will re-attempt to debit your account.
3. You agree that:
a) you will confirm with your financial institution that your nominated account can accept direct debits;
b) there will be sufficient funds in the nominated bank account or credit card account to cover the amount of the Contribution on the Debit Date;
c) you will advise ICC Relief if the nominated bank account or credit card account is transferred or closed.
4. You may make the following changes regarding your Contribution by written notice to ICC Relief or by verbally advising our staff on at least 14 working days prior to the next Debit Date:

You are expected to review all notifications, updates and reports from Eatrich Farms as they represent a record of information pertaining to your sponsorship contribution during a farming cycle You are entitled to request for a physical visit to your sponsored fish farm, however, you must provide us with at least 7 days notice to schedule a visit. You are entitled to a total of 12 days visit to the fish farm in a year. You agree that by partnering with us, your contribution is tied and unavailable for the entire duration of the farming cycle and neither Eatrich Farms nor the farmers can or will refund your contribution until the successful completion of a farming cycle. However, your interest in the unit(s) of pond is transferrable through gift to a third party with due notification to the Company, or by Will to your specifically named beneficiary(ies), to your Estate, Next of kin or legal representatives in event of your demise. Any profits from a successful farming cycle of a Sponsor’s farm are remitted to the electronic wallet on the Platform, from where you would be able to withdraw, when the produce is harvested and sold (i.e. upon completion of the farming cycle) At the end of a successful farming cycle, you can decide whether to withdraw your funds from the electronic wallet on the Platform and transfer to a bank account you provide us with or to sponsor a farm for a new farming cycle You acknowledge that you do not own any of the farms cultivated and are only entitled to the proceeds of any farming cycle you participate in.
