Common use of Counterparts; Electronically Transmitted Signatures Clause in Contracts

Counterparts; Electronically Transmitted Signatures. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, and all such counterparts shall constitute one and the same Agreement. Signatures transmitted by facsimile and/or email shall have the same force and effect as original signatures.
