Common use of Counterparts; Electronically Transmitted Signatures Clause in Contracts

Counterparts; Electronically Transmitted Signatures. This Agreement may be executed and delivered by facsimile or other electronic transmission in any number of counterparts, each of which when so executed and delivered shall be deemed to be an original and all of which when taken together shall constitute one and the same agreement, binding on all parties hereto.

Counterparts; Electronically Transmitted Signatures. This Agreement may be executed and delivered by facsimile or other electronic transmission the parties in any number of multiple counterparts, each of which when so executed and delivered shall will be deemed to be considered an original and all of which when taken together shall constitute which, together, will be considered one and document. Transmission of a signed copy of this Agreement by one party (or its counsel) to the other party (or its counsel) by fax, e-mail or similar electronic means will have the same agreementforce and effect as delivery of the original, binding on all parties heretomanually-signed counterpart so transmitted.
