Common use of Counterparts; Execution of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Counterparts; Execution of Agreement. The Parties are permitted to execute this Agreement in one or more counterparts, each of such counterparts is to be deemed to be an original copy of this Agreement and all of which, when taken together, are to be deemed to constitute one and the same agreement. The exchange of copies of this Agreement and of signature pages by facsimile, electronic mail or other electronic transmission is to constitute effective execution and delivery of this Agreement as to the Parties. Signatures of the Parties transmitted by facsimile, electronic mail or other electronic transmission are to be deemed to be the Parties’ original signatures for any purpose whatsoever.
