Common use of Counterparts; Facsimile Delivery Clause in Contracts

Counterparts; Facsimile Delivery. This Agreement may be executed in separate counterparts and by facsimile or electronic signatures, each of which so executed and delivered shall be an original, but all of which together shall constitute but one and the same instrument. The exchange of copies of this Agreement and of signature pages by facsimile transmission or in pdf format shall constitute effective execution and delivery of this Agreement as to the parties and may be used in lieu of the original Agreement for all purposes. Signatures of the parties transmitted by facsimile or in pdf format shall be deemed to be their original signatures for all purposes.
