Except as otherwise expressly stated herein, “Cost of Production” for the purposes of this Agreement shall mean the costs actually incurred by Falkirk in the mining, processing and delivery of Xxxxxxxxx Coal hereunder. Cost of Production. 2.1 Both parties confirm that the total production cost under this Contract is RMB XXX (¥ XXX with 6% VAT). The above production expenses shall be for Party B to complete the virtual visual services and production work (relevant virtual content production) specified in all the accessories of the play, and to copy all the data documents to Party A. For all the fees required, unless otherwise agreed or agreed by Party A, Party A shall not pay any other expenses to Party B, and Party B is not entitled to claim any other expenses to Party A. All prices under this Contract shall be tax inclusive, and Party A shall bear their respective taxes according to law. If any party causes all legal lawsuits and disputes arising from tax issues, the party shall be responsible and have nothing to do with the other party.

For the purpose of this Agreement and except as otherwise expressly stated, "Cost of Production" shall mean the costs actually incurred by SABINE in performing its obligations under this Agreement, but shall exclude costs or expenses which have not been authorized pursuant to this Agreement or which have been incurred over the prior disapproval by SWEPCO thereof. Cost of Production. The Cost of Production shall be calculated by the Supplier, estimating in good faith all of its expenses for operations and overhead for the applicable growing season (“Supplier’s Cost”) and dividing the Supplier’s Cost by the total amount of flower Product, in pounds, that are projected by Supplier, in good faith, to be produced during said growing season (“Pounds of Product”). Thus, Supplier’s Cost ÷ Pounds of Product = Cost of Production per pound. Supplier’s Cost shall not include Supplier’s debt service, depreciation and amortization, taxes, expenses related to any other Supplier project or office other than the Cultivation Site, or any other expense not reasonably necessary to operate the Cultivation Site at an optimal or efficient level. Supplier’s Cost shall include harvesting, drying, and bucking (removing the buds from the stem), but shall not include trimming, transporting or packaging the Product.
Cost of Production. The Supplier shall bear the entire cost of production of the Bulk Sweet Corn, including but not limited to labor, seed, fertilizer, chemicals, land irrigation, tillage costs, harvesting and loading the crop onto trucks for transport to the Company's designated facility.
