Counterparts; PDF. 29.1 Any element of the CONTRACT and any further instruments in writing applicable to the CONTRACT, may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be considered an original. Any element of the CONTRACT and any further instruments in writing applicable to the CONTRACT, may be executed by one or more of the PARTIES by electronic transmission using a .pdf format signature and each PARTY agrees that the reproduction of signatures by way of tele-copying device or electronically by .pdf will be treated as though such reproductions were executed originals.

This Agreement may be executed in two (2) or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original but all of which, taken together, shall constitute one and the same instrument. PDF and facsimile signatures shall constitute original signatures. The Parties agree that the electronic signatures appearing on this Agreement are the same as handwritten signatures for the purposes of validity, enforceability and admissibility pursuant to the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce (ESIGN) Act of 2000, and Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA) model law, or similar applicable laws.

This Amendment may be executed in counterparts (and by different parties hereto in different counterparts), each of which shall constitute an original, but all of which when taken together shall constitute a single contract. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page of this Amendment by electronic imaging means (e.g. “pdf” or “tif”) shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart of this Amendment.

(a) This Sixth Amendment may be executed in separate counterparts, each of which shall constitute an original and all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. This Sixth Amendment shall be fully executed when each party whose signature is required has signed and delivered to each of the parties at least one counterpart, even though no single counterpart contains the signatures of all parties hereto. (b) This Sixth Amendment may be executed on so-called “pdf” format and each party has the right to rely upon a pdf counterpart of this letter to the same extent as if such party had received an original counterpart.

This Agreement may be executed and delivered in multiple original counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original but all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. A .pdf or facsimile signature shall be deemed an original. Transmission of an executed counterpart by fax or PDF file of this Agreement shall be deemed to constitute due and sufficient delivery of such counterpart, and such signatures shall be deemed original signatures for purposes of the enforcement and construction of this Agreement
Counterparts; PDF. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, and when taken together they shall constitute one and the same Agreement. The delivery of an executed counterpart of this Agreement by facsimile or as a PDF or similar attachment to an e-mail shall constitute effective delivery of such counterpart for all purposes with the same force and effect as the delivery of an original, executed counterpart.

This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which, when assembled to include an original signature for each party contemplated to sign this Agreement, will constitute a complete and fully executed original. All such fully executed original counterparts will collectively constitute a single agreement. Facsimile or portable document format (PDF) copies of this Agreement shall have the same force and effect as an original.

This Amendment may be executed in counterparts, and each counterpart shall constitute one agreement binding on all parties hereto, notwithstanding that all of the parties are not signatory to an original or same counterpart. The parties agree that signatures transmitted electronically via pdf attachment shall be binding as if they were original signatures.

This Assignment may be executed in two (2) or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original but all of which, taken together, shall constitute one and the same instrument.
