Countersigned Acknowledgment Letter Clause Samples
A Countersigned Acknowledgment Letter is a formal document used to confirm that both parties have reviewed, understood, and agreed to the terms of an agreement or transaction. Typically, one party sends the letter outlining the key terms or obligations, and the other party signs and returns it to indicate their acknowledgment and acceptance. This process ensures that there is a clear, mutual record of consent, helping to prevent future disputes about whether the terms were communicated and agreed upon.
