County Assistance Sample Clauses
County Assistance. Ouray County Road and Bridge crews and equipment may be made available to assist with snow removal from the Affected Portion of the Roads after a large snow event or after Company has performed avalanche control work in the area. Such assistance by Ouray County Road and Bridge crews will only occur after snow removal operations have been completed in the rest of Ouray County. In no event will Ouray County assist with avalanche control operations. The assistance of Ouray County Road and Bridge crews will be at the discretion of the Road and Bridge Supervisor only after an assessment of the safety of such operations on the Roads has been made. The assistance with snow removal as described herein shall be without cost to Company and contribution by County shall not exceed a total of 400 man- hours per year during the term of this Agreement.

The assistance of Ouray County Road and Bridge crews will be at the discretion of the Road and Bridge Supervisor only after an assessment of the safety of such operations on the Road Section has been made.

The following County of Riverside 4 programs are not eligible: First Time Home Buyer Program, 5 Neighborhood Stabilization Homeownership Program and 6 Redevelopment Homeownership Program.
County Assistance. County acknowledges that the implementation of the SaaS Services is a cooperative process requiring the time and resources of County’s personnel. County agrees to use all reasonable efforts to cooperate with and assist Contractor as may be reasonably required to meet the agreed upon project deadlines and other milestones for implementation. This cooperation includes at least working with us to schedule the implementation-related services outlined in this Amendment. Contractor will not be liable for failure to meet any deadlines and milestones when such failure is due to Force Majeure or to the failure by County’s personnel to provide such cooperation and assistance (either through action or omission).
County Assistance. The parent(s) are responsible for the difference of what the county pays for tuition compared, the copay to our tuition amount. Copayment are due bi-weekly and late fee policy still applies to copayments.
