County Assistance. Ouray County Road and Bridge crews and equipment may be made available to assist with snow removal from the Affected Portion of the Roads after a large snow event or after Company has performed avalanche control work in the area. Such assistance by Ouray County Road and Bridge crews will only occur after snow removal operations have been completed in the rest of Ouray County. In no event will Ouray County have or assume the duty to provide or assist with Avalanche Mitigation operations as described in Section 2.l of this Agreement. The assistance of Ouray County Road and Bridge crews will be at the discretion of the County Superintendent only after an assessment of the safety of such operations on the Roads has been made. The assistance with snow removal as described herein shall be without cost to Company and contribution by County shall not exceed a total of 400 man-hours per year during the term of this Agreement.
County Assistance. Only the County of Riverside’s Mortgage Credit 2 Certificate program can be used to further assist eligible first-time 3 homebuyers buy an Project. The following County of Riverside 4 programs are not eligible: First Time Home Buyer Program, 5 Neighborhood Stabilization Homeownership Program and 6 Redevelopment Homeownership Program.
County Assistance. Ouray County Road and Bridge crews and equipment may be made available to assist with maintenance operations of the Road Section after a large thunderstorm event. The assistance of Ouray County Road and Bridge crews will be at the discretion of the Road and Bridge Supervisor only after an assessment of the safety of such operations on the Road Section has been made.
County Assistance. The County's Authorized Representative and other assigned staff will assist Contractor with the implementation of the Product as necessary.
County Assistance. In order to assist in the implementation of the Project and marketability of the Units to qualified purchasers, the County agrees to provide certain County assistance (the “County Assistance”) as follows: At the sole discretion of the County, if funds become available, the County may provide to any qualified homebuyer financial assistance, including but not limited to down payment assistance and closing costs, through established County programs.
