Common use of County Attorney’s Office Clause in Contracts

County Attorney’s Office. a. If court schedules require the presence of a County Attorney’s Office staff person on a scheduled county holiday, the Division Manager will first seek volunteers from among those staff persons who, in the sole discretion of the Division Manager, are qualified to handle the assignment. b. If no volunteers are forthcoming, the Division Manager will, in the exercise of his/her sole discretion, order a specific County Attorney’s Office staff person to work on the holiday. c. If management requires an employee to work on a holiday, remuneration for said day is governed by Article 10, Section 2 of the contract.
