Common use of County Auditing of Contractor Records Clause in Contracts

County Auditing of Contractor Records. Upon a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ written notice, the County may audit, at the Contractor’s place of business, any of the Contractor’s records pertaining to the Contract, including all documents and information relating to the certified monitoring reports. The Contractor is required to maintain all such records in California until the expiration of five (5) years from the date of final payment under the Contract. Authorized agents of the County shall have access to all such records during normal business hours for the entire period that records are to be maintained.
