County Business License. It County’s Business License Ordinance provides that it is unlawful for any person to furnish supplies or services, or transact any kind of business in the unincorporated territory of El Dorado County without possessing a County business license unless exempt under County Ordinance Code Section 5.08.070. Contractor warrants and represents that it shall comply with all of the requirements of County’s Business License Ordinance, where applicable, prior to beginning work under this Agreement and at all times during the term of this Agreement.
