County Not Liable for Paying Deductibles. For all insurance required by Contractor, the County shall not be responsible or liable for paying deductibles for any claim arising out of or related to the Contractor’s business or any Subcontractor performing Work or Services on behalf of the Contractor or for the Contractor’s benefit under this Contract.
