COUNTY RECOGNITION. 8.1 The Subrecipient shall ensure recognition of the role of the County and the RESTORE Act in providing funding for the Project. All deliverables developed pursuant to this Agreement shall be permanently labeled as to the funding source. Any announcements, information, press releases, publications, brochures, videos, web pages, programs, etc., created to promote the Project shall acknowledge the County and the RESTORE Act as providing funding for the Project.
