Common use of County Representative Clause in Contracts

County Representative. The County Public Works Director or a designee has authority to designate the work to be done by Contractor, to inspect such work, and to resolve questions which arise between the parties. The Contractor or the Contractor’s designee will deal with the County's representative on matters relating to the performance of the work.
