County Resources Sample Clauses

The "County Resources" clause defines the rights and responsibilities regarding the use of resources provided by the county in the context of an agreement or project. Typically, this clause outlines what specific resources—such as facilities, equipment, personnel, or funding—the county will make available to the other party, and may set conditions or limitations on their use. For example, it might specify that county-owned vehicles can only be used for project-related activities or that certain data must be handled according to county policies. The core function of this clause is to ensure clarity and proper management of county assets, preventing misuse and setting expectations for both parties.
