Reliability Standard Seller agrees to abide by (i) CPUC General Order No. 167, “Enforcement of Maintenance and Operation Standards for Electric Generating Facilities”, and (ii) all applicable requirements regarding interconnection of the Project, including the requirements of the interconnected Participating Transmission Owner.
Meets Standard The school materially complies with applicable laws, rules, regulations and provisions of the charter contract relating to financial reporting requirements, including but not limited to: • Complete and on-time submission of financial reports, including annual budget, revised budgets (if applicable), periodic financial reports as required by the authorizer and any reporting requirements if the board contracts with an Education Service Provider (ESP) • On-time submission and completion of the annual independent audit and corrective action plans, if applicable • No charging of tuition • Adequate management and financial controls • All reporting requirements related to the use of public funds Measure 2b Is the school following Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)?
Safety Standards Performance of the Contract for all commodities or contractual services must comply with requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Act and other applicable State of Florida and federal requirements.
Quality Standards Each Party agrees that the nature and quality of its products and services supplied in connection with the other Party's Marks will conform to quality standards set by the other Party. Each Party agrees to supply the other Party, upon request, with a reasonable number of samples of any Materials publicly disseminated by such Party which utilize the other Party's Marks. Each Party will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and customs and obtain any required government approvals pertaining to use of the other Party's marks.
Applicable Standards The requirements and guidelines of NERC, the Applicable Regional Entity, and the Control Area in which the Customer Facility is electrically located; the PJM Manuals; and Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards.
Minimum System Requirements The following summarizes the minimum office system requirements for all Contractors and Architect/Engineer to possess in order to participate. It is the responsibility of all Contractors and Architect/Engineer to possess these minimum requirements at no additional cost to Princeton University.
Conference requirement and procedure 4.5.1 The employer, or the employers’ representative, shall, when requested by the employees or an employee representative, confer (within a reasonable period of time which should not exceed 1 hour) for the purpose of determining weather or not conditions are inclement. Weather shall not be regarded as inclement unless it is agreed at such conference.
Minimum Necessary Standard Business Associate shall apply the HIPAA Minimum Necessary standard to any Use or disclosure of PHI necessary to achieve the purposes of this Contract. See 45 CFR 164.514 (d)(2) through (d)(5).

Security Standards The Provider shall implement and maintain commercially reasonable security procedures and practices that otherwise meet or exceed industry standards designed to protect Student Data from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure, including but not limited to the unauthorized acquisition of computerized data that compromises the security, confidentiality, or integrity of the Student Data (a "Security Breach"). For purposes of the DPA and this Exhibit G, "Security Breach" does not include the good faith acquisition of Student Data by an employee or agent of the Provider or LEA for a legitimate educational or administrative purpose of the Provider or LEA, so long as the Student Data is used solely for purposes permitted by SOPPA and other applicable law, and so long as the Student Data is restricted from further unauthorized disclosure.
