Common use of County Suggestions and Recommendations Clause in Contracts

County Suggestions and Recommendations. County may, at any time in writing to the Contractor, propose, suggest, or recommend changes to the Software provided under this agreement. Such proposals, suggestions, or recommendations will become Contractor’s property. Contractor may include any such proposals, suggestions, or recommendations, solely at Contractor’s option, in subsequent periodic Software updates. Contractor is under no obligation to change, alter, or otherwise revise the Software according to County’s proposals, suggestions, or recommendations.
