COUNTY TO PROVIDE PERTINENT REFERENCE MATERIAL. At the CONSULTANT'S request, the COUNTY agrees to provide to the CONSULTANT, at no cost to the CONSULTANT, all pertinent information known to be available to the COUNTY to assist the CONSULTANT in providing and performing the required professional services. Such information may include, but not be limited to: previous reports; plans, drawings and specifications; maps; property, boundary, easement, right-of-way, topographic, reference monuments, control points, plats and related survey data; data prepared or services furnished by others to the COUNTY such as sub-surface investigations, laboratory tests, inspections of natural and man-made materials, property appraisals, studies, designs and reports.
