DESIGNATION OF PROJECT MANAGER. The COUNTY agrees after the execution of this Agreement to promptly advise the CONSULTANT, in writing, of the person designated to serve and act as the COUNTY'S PROJECT MANAGER pursuant to the provisions of Article 2.13 of this Agreement. Such notification shall be provided to the CONSULTANT by the COUNTY'S DEPARTMENT DIRECTOR. 4.02 AVAILABILITY OF COUNTY INFORMATION
DESIGNATION OF PROJECT MANAGER. Such notification shall be provided to the CONSULTANT by the COUNTY'S DEPARTMENT DIRECTOR. Guidelines to the CONSULTANT regarding requirements the COUNTY has established or suggests relative to the Project including, but not limited to such items as: goals, objectives, constraints, and any special financial, budgeting, space, site, operational, equipment, technical, construction, time and scheduling criteria are set forth in attached EXHIBIT "E", entitled "PROJECT GUIDELINES AND CRITERIA".
DESIGNATION OF PROJECT MANAGER. Upon commencement of the Project, BII and XFNCOR will each appoint a Project Manager, who will coordinate and supervise the Project including communication of all instructions and information concerning the Project to the other Party. The Project Manager will serve as the primary contact person for the other Party. Each Project Manager will be available on an agreed basis for consultation at prearranged times during the course of the Project. The Project Managers shall be copied on all correspondence by other Project Team members and all correspondence between the Parties. In the absence of the Project Manager, a substitute shall be appointed. Additional modes or methods of communication and decision making may be implemented with the mutual written consent of each Party. Each Party will use reasonable efforts to provide the other Party with […***…] prior written notice of any change in such Party’s Project Manager.
DESIGNATION OF PROJECT MANAGER the Service Provider shall designate an experienced Project Manager (“Project Manager”) acceptable to the City for all purpose related to the work. The initial Project Manager shall be (TBD).
3.9.1 The Project Manager shall be fully responsible for the Service Provider meeting all of its obligations under this Contract. The Project Manager shall provide the City with an appropriate status report on the progress of the project.
3.9.2 The Project Manager shall be available, as reasonably required, to be on- site during necessary times. Such times shall be discussed between the Project Manager and the City, but the final required times will be the City’s discretion.
3.9.3 In the event that the designated Project Manager terminates employment with the Service Provider or is requested by the City to be removed from the role of Project Manager (as provided in Section 3.5), the position shall be assumed by an individual with equivalent qualifications, experience, and knowledge. Such replacement shall require the City’s prior approval.

DESIGNATION OF PROJECT MANAGER. BI Pharma KG and BioMedicines shall each identify a Project Manager who will be responsible for communicating all instructions and information concerning the Project to the other party. Each Project Manager will be available on an agreed upon regular basis for consultation at pre-arranged times during the course of the Project. In the absence of the Project Manager, a substitute shall be appointed. Additional modes or methods of communication and decision making may be implemented with the mutual consent of each party.
DESIGNATION OF PROJECT MANAGER. For each Project, Lonza and Kolltan shall each identify a Project Manager who will serve as the principal point of contact for the day-to-day coordination and operation of such Project. The Project Manager shall be responsible for ensuring delivery to schedule, managing adjustments to schedules, and coordinating and supervising the Project, including communication of all instructions and information concerning the Project to the other Party. A written protocol of such communication shall be developed by the Project Managers to ensure the timely and open exchange of information. Each Project Manager will be available on an agreed basis for consultation at prearranged times during the course of the Project. In the absence of the Project Manager, a substitute shall be appointed. Additional modes or methods of communication and decision making may be implemented with the written consent of each Party. The Project Managers shall comprise part of the Project Team.

Upon commencement of the Project, BI and BioCancell will each appoint a project manager (“Project Manager”), who will coordinate and supervise the Project on its behalf including communication of all instructions and information concerning the Project to the other Party. The Project Manager will serve as a contact person for the other Party. Each Project Manager will be available on an agreed (monthly) basis for consultation at prearranged times during the course of the Project. Project Managers shall also be available for necessary consultations without undue delay. The Project Managers shall be copied on all correspondence by other Project Team members and all correspondence between the Parties. In the absence of the Project Manager, a substitute shall be appointed. Additional modes or methods of communication and decision making may be implemented with the mutual written consent of each Party. Each Party will use reasonable efforts to provide the other Party with ten (10) calendar days prior written notice of any change in such Party’s Project Manager.

Lonza and Micromet shall each identify a Project Manager who will be responsible for the coordination and supervision of the Project including communication of all instructions and information concerning the Project to the other Party. A written protocol of such communication shall be provided by the Project Managers. Each Project Manager will be available on an agreed weekly basis for consultation at prearranged times during the course of the Project. In the absence of the Project Manager, a substitute shall be appointed. Additional modes or methods of communication and decision making may be implemented with the written consent of each Party.

Upon commencement of this Agreement and/or upon commencement of a specific Project, BI Pharma and ELAN will each appoint a Project Manager, who will coordinate and supervise the respective Project including communication of all instructions and information concerning the respective Project to the other Party. The Project Manager will serve as contact person for the other Party. Each Project Manager will be available on an agreed (monthly) basis for consultation at prearranged times during the course of the respective Project. Project Managers shall be copied on all correspondence by other Project Team members and all correspondence between the Parties. In the absence of the Project Manager, a substitute shall be appointed. Additional modes or methods of communication and decision making may be implemented with the mutual written consent of each Party.
