Common use of County’s Remedy for Contractor’s Failure to Maintain Clause in Contracts

County’s Remedy for Contractor’s Failure to Maintain. If the Contractor fails to keep in effect at all times any insurance coverage required under this Agreement, the County may, in addition to any other remedies it may have, suspend or terminate this Agreement upon the occurrence of that failure, or purchase such insurance coverage, and charge the cost of that coverage to the Contractor.
