Common use of County’s Representative Clause in Contracts

County’s Representative. County hereby designates the Behavioral Health Director, or his or her designee, to act as its representative for the performance of this Agreement ("County's Representative"). County's Representative shall have the power to act on behalf of County for all purposes under this Agreement. Provider shall not accept direction or orders from any person other than County's Representative or his or her designee.
