County’s Right to Approve. Whenever this Agreement authorizes the County or its representatives (e.g., the Director) to approve a request by the Contractor, the County and its representatives shall have the right to withhold their approval until the Contractor submits all of the information needed to evaluate the Contractor’s request. The County and its representatives shall fairly and objectively evaluate the information provided by the Contractor, as well as any other relevant facts. The consent of the County and its representatives shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed, except as otherwise explicitly provided herein. However, the County and its representatives shall have the exclusive right to weigh the relevant facts and determine whether the approval of the Contractor’s request is consistent with the requirements in this Agreement and the public interest.
