Cart Log. The Contractor shall maintain records and a log concerning the Garbage Carts, Recycling Carts, and Recycling Bins that are provided by the Contractor pursuant to this Agreement. At a minimum, the log shall identify: the number of carts and Recycling Bins provided to the Customers each Operating Month; the size and type (e.g., Recycling Cart) of each cart delivered to Customers; the identification (serial) number of each cart; the location where each cart and each bin is delivered; the number of carts in the Contractor’s inventory, identified by size and type; the number of Recycling Bins in the Contractor’s inventory; the number of carts damaged beyond repair, identified by size and type; and the number of carts replaced under warranty. The log shall identify the address of each Dwelling Unit occupied by a Customer that received a cart, and the log shall identify the serial number of each cart that was provided to each Customer. The log also shall identify the name and address of each Person that purchases a Garbage Cart pursuant to Section 39.13, below.

At a minimum, the log shall identify: (a) Number of carts provided to the Customers each Operating Month; (b) Size and type (e.g., Recycle Cart) of each cart delivered to Customers; (c) Identification or serial number of each cart; (d) Location where each cart was delivered; (e) Number of carts in the Contractor's inventory, identified by size and type; (f) Number of carts replaced because they were damaged beyond repair, identified by size and type; and (g) Number of carts replaced under warranty. The log shall identify the address of each Dwelling Unit occupied by a Customer that received a cart, RFID tag recorded, activated andactivated and the serial number of each cart that was provided to each Customer. The log also shall identify the name and address of each Person that purchased a Garbage Cart or Recycle Cart pursuant to Section 39.10.3, below.
Cart Log. The Contractor shall maintain records and a log concerning the Garbage Carts and Recycling Carts that are provided by the Contractor pursuant to this Agreement. At a minimum, the log shall identify: the location of the Residential Property occupied by each Customer that received a Garbage Cart or Recycling Cart; the location of the Residential Property occupied by each Customer that received a replacement cart and the date when such replacement cart was provided; and the location of the Residential Property occupied by each Customer that purchased an additional Garbage Cart and the date when the cart was purchased.

  • Unbundled Voice Loop – SL2 (UVL-SL2 Loops may be 2-wire or 4-wire circuits, shall have remote access test points, and will be designed with a DLR provided to NewPhone. SL2 circuits can be provisioned with loop start, ground start or reverse battery signaling. OC is provided as a standard feature on XX0 Xxxxx. The OC feature will allow NewPhone to coordinate the installation of the Loop with the disconnect of an existing customer’s service and/or number portability service. In these cases, BellSouth will perform the order conversion with standard order coordination at its discretion during normal work hours.

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • Unbundled Voice Loops (UVLs) 2.2.1 BellSouth shall make available the following UVLs:

  • Catalog Information about Community Regional Medical Center – Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program (CRMC-DMSP) is published in a school catalog that contains a description of certain policies, procedures, and other information about the school. CRMC-DMSP reserves the right to change any provision of the catalog at any time. Notice of changes will be communicated in a revised catalog, an addendum or supplement to the catalog, or other written format. Students are expected to read and be familiar with the information contained in the school catalog, in any revisions, supplements and addenda to the catalog, and with all school policies. By enrolling in CRMC-DMSP, the Student agrees to abide by the terms stated in the catalog and all school policies.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Mail Order Catalog Warnings In the event that, the Settling Entity prints new catalogs and sells units of the Products via mail order through such catalogs to California consumers or through its customers, the Settling Entity shall provide a warning for each unit of such Product both on the label in accordance with subsection 2.4 above, and in the catalog in a manner that clearly associates the warning with the specific Product being purchased. Any warning provided in a mail order catalog shall be in the same type size or larger than other consumer information conveyed for such Product within the catalog and shall be located on the same display page of the item. The catalog warning may use the Short-Form Warning content described in subsection 2.3(b) if the language provided on the Product label also uses the Short-Form Warning.

  • -wire Unbundled Digital/DS0 Loop These are designed 4-wire Loops that may be configured as 64kbps, 56kbps, 19kbps, and other sub-rate speeds associated with digital data services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR.

  • Unbundled Voice Xxxx XX0 (XXX-XX0) Loops are 2-wire Loop start circuits, will be non-designed, and will not have remote access test points. OC will be offered as a chargeable option on XX0 Xxxxx when reuse of existing facilities has been requested by ONS. ONS may also order OC-TS when a specified conversion time is requested. OC-TS is a chargeable option for any coordinated order and is billed in addition to the OC charge. An Engineering Information (EI) document can be ordered as a chargeable option. The EI document provides Loop Make-Up information which is similar to the information normally provided in a Design Layout Record (DLR). Upon issuance of a non-coordinated order in the service order system, XX0 Xxxxx will be activated on the due date in the same manner and time frames that BellSouth normally activates POTS-type Loops for its End Users.
