Course Content. Course content, utilizing standard Supplier course curriculum, will be substantially in line with the relevant course description set out in xxxxx://xxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/calendar/view.php. Non-standard Supplier course curriculum will be detailed in the applicable Statement of Work.
Course Content. All intellectual property rights in the Courses and the Course materials are owned or licenced by Heartwood. Copying, adapting or other use of the Course and/or Course materials without the written permission of Heartwood is prohibited.
Course Content. Training courses will include features of the Specifications required for training purposes, as known at the latest six (6) months before the first Training course starts. The Seller will endeavor to incorporate training features that become known after the six-month deadline. When the Seller does not provide maintenance or flight attendant training on the Seller's approved Buyer Furnished Equipment, the Seller will ensure that the Buyer gets the relevant training support from the supplier of the said equipment. Training courses will be FAA approved "Transition Courses." The Seller will provide the Buyer with A319/A320/A321 differences training for flight crew, maintenance, dispatch and/or flight attendant personnel. Training equipment used for flight and maintenance crew training will reflect the Specifications as closely as possible and will meet requirements to receive and maintain the relevant FAA course approval. Maintenance training will not assume prior knowledge of any Airbus aircraft. The Seller will be responsible for all Training course syllabi, training aids, equipment and materials.
Course Content. As between the Parties, Partner retains all rights in the Partner Course Content and the Partner Services (except, in each case, for the license rights granted in this Agreement).
Course Content. Instructor agrees to use the current BRAIN GYM® 101 Handbook as the syllabus for the BRAIN GYM® 101 course and agrees to use only approved course materials for any other course on the Brain Gym® curriculum for which Instructor is permitted to teach. Course Content. The current course content is detailed in a course outline which may change from time to time, and should be confirmed when booking. We endeavour to address all parts of the course as detailed in the course outline, but this cannot be guaranteed. We may, if possible, change course content at the request of delegates provided this is agreeable to delegates or is felt to be necessary by the tutor. Except to the extent that it contains any material provided by Scrum Alliance, Your course material submitted in connection with this Agreement shall be and remain the sole property of You, submitted under a non-exclusive license, hereby provided in this Section 3.3.1, to Scrum Alliance solely for use in connection with this Agreement. In the event Your materials are based on or derived from The Scrum Guide, You should provide attribution to the authors of that work. Except to the extent that it contains any material provided by Scrum Alliance, nothing contained herein shall grant Scrum Alliance any ownership rights to Your course material. Scrum Alliance will treat any course materials (with the exception of learning objectives) that You provide as Your confidential information, and in accordance with the Confidentiality section of this Agreement. Scrum Alliance will not during the Term or afterwards, share Your course materials with anyone who does not have a need to receive them for review purposes pursuant to this Agreement.
