Courses Outside KCCD Boundaries. For locations outside the geographical boundaries of KCCD, KCCD will comply with the requirements of Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations, Sections 53000 et seq. concerning approval by adjoining high school or community college districts and use of non-district facilities.
