Court Appearance/Testimony. Contractor shall provide a technical representative for testimony at court trial occurrence upon request to present information to the court related to such topics as sample preparation, testing methodology, and chain of custody issues. QUALITY ASSURANCE Contractor shall permit periodic, unannounced visits to Contractor's laboratory by County personnel for purposes of inspecting laboratory conditions, sample preparation/analysis, sample storage, and record keeping practices related to urinalysis samples submitted by the County. Specifically, quality control standards include the following requirements:
