Common use of Court Contractors Clause in Contracts

Court Contractors. The Contractor Project Manager and the Court Project Manager shall work together to mitigate any impact on the schedule as set forth in a Statement of Work caused by any replacement of a Project Staff member. Contractor shall be responsible for all costs and expenses associated with any Project Staff replacement. Contractor shall assure an orderly and prompt succession for any Project Staff member who is replaced. If the Contract Amount is over $200,000 (excluding Consulting Services), then Contractor shall give priority consideration in filling vacancies in positions funded by this Agreement to qualified recipients of aid under Welfare and Institutions Code section 11200 in accordance with PCC 10353.
