Common use of Court School Clause in Contracts

Court School. a. JDF: Maximum enrollment will not exceed 20 students on the roster for a single teacher with no more than 15 students in the classroom at one time. b. New Foundations: Maximum enrollment is 24 students for a single teacher. At 25 students, an extra teacher will be brought in to teach another class. c. Community School: Maximum enrollment is 24 students in a class.
