Common use of Covenant Against Discrimination Clause in Contracts

Covenant Against Discrimination. (A) The Borrower in the performance of this Agreement will not discriminate or permit discrimination against any person or group of persons on the grounds of race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, physical or learning disability, political beliefs, mental retardation or history of mental disorder in any manner prohibited by the laws of the United States or of the State.
