Covenant Not to Interfere with Business Relationships. I will not, within the Territory, urge, induce, or seek to induce any of Company’s independent contractors, subcontractors, distributors, brokers, consultants, sales representatives, customers, vendors, suppliers, or any other person or entity with whom Company has a business relationship at the time of my separation from Company to terminate its or their relationship with, or representation of, Company or to cancel, withdraw, reduce, limit, or in any manner modify any such person’s or entity’s business with, or representation of, Company.
