Covenant Not To Interfere with Employees. Executive agrees that during employment with the Employer Group, and during the Restricted Period, Executive will not, directly or indirectly, on Executive’s on behalf or on behalf of any other person or entity induce, encourage, influence or cause, or attempt to induce, encourage, influence or cause, any Protected Employee to terminate employment or such other relationship with the Employer Group, or assist any other person or entity in doing so.
