COVENANT OF COMPLIANCE. The Issuer covenants with the Trustee separately in respect of each Series that it will comply with, perform and observe all the provisions of this Deed relating to such Series which are expressed to be binding on it in respect of such Series. The Conditions set out in Schedule 4 shall be binding on the Issuer and each Secured Creditor of each Series, save as otherwise supplemented by the MTN Supplement for such Series. The Trustee shall be entitled to enforce the obligations of the Issuer under the Series Documents in respect of a Series as if the same were set out and contained in this Deed.
