Common use of Covenant of Non-Solicitation Clause in Contracts

Covenant of Non-Solicitation. During the Term of this Agreement and for a period of two (2) years following the effective date of termination, Employee, either on Employee’s own account or for any person, firm, company or other entity, shall not solicit, interfere with or induce, or attempt to induce, any employee of MIKOHN, or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates to leave their employment or to breach their employment agreement, if any, with MIKOHN.

Covenant of Non-Solicitation. During the Term of this Agreement and for a period of two (2) years following the effective date of termination, EmployeeEMPLOYEE, either on Employee’s EMPLOYEE's own account or for any person, firm, company Company or other entity, shall not solicit, interfere with or induce, or attempt to induce, any employee EMPLOYEE of MIKOHNCOMPANY, or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates to leave their employment or to breach their employment agreement, if any, with MIKOHNCOMPANY.

Covenant of Non-Solicitation. During the Term term of this Agreement and for a period of two five (25) years following the effective date of termination, termination of the employment relationship. Employee, either on Employee’s 's own account or for any person, firmfilm, company or other entity, shall not solicit, interfere with or induce, or attempt to induce, any employee of MIKOHNEmployer, or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates to leave their employment or to breach their employment agreement, if any, any with MIKOHNEmployer.
